Growing up around empty buildings

I grew up in Pembrokeshire, and if you've spent any real time here you'll know the same thing I did... how many properties sit empty. Old farmhouses, terraces in the towns, buildings that were once someone's home or someone's business, just sitting there year after year, going nowhere.

It never sat right with me. Not because anyone was doing anything wrong, but because so much of it felt like untapped potential... homes that could be lived in, buildings that could bring life back to a street, all held up by the same handful of problems: probate that's dragged on, a property that won't get a mortgage in its current state, an owner who just doesn't know where to start.

Pembrokeshire doesn't need more empty buildings. It needs people willing to do something about them.

That's really where Williams Property Investment and Sourcing came from. I wanted to bring a more modern, direct approach to property in this county, one that actually deals with the properties everyone else finds too much hassle, connects the right investors with the right opportunities, and does its bit to help revamp our towns rather than watch them stagnate.
