Who we are

Cookies & Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used - which pages get visited, roughly how people find us, and how the site performs. This is done anonymously in aggregate; it isn't used to identify you personally.

When you first visit the site, you'll see a cookie banner asking whether you're happy for analytics cookies to be used. If you decline, Google Analytics tracking is switched off for your visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will bring the banner back up.

Contact form enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through this site — whether from the homepage, the Sellers or Investors pages, or the main Contact page — the details you provide (name, email, phone number, and any message) are sent directly by email to Tom. They are not stored in a database on the website, added to any mailing list, or shared with any third party.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting conversation or transaction, in line with normal business record-keeping, and no longer than necessary.

The form includes some basic, invisible spam-prevention checks (a hidden field and a timing check). These don't collect any personal information beyond what you've already provided, and no automated decisions are made about you or your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To do any of this, just email tom@williamspropertysourcing.co.uk and we'll deal with it directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
