We're delighted to say that Williams Property Investment & Sourcing finally has a website of its own — and it's live right now.
Up until now, most people found us through word of mouth or a chance conversation, which has worked well, but it meant there wasn't really anywhere to point people who wanted to know more before picking up the phone. This site is that place.
If you haven't come across us before: we work directly with property sellers and investors across Pembrokeshire. On the seller side, that usually means properties that haven't had an easy ride through the traditional agent process — empty homes, inherited properties, stalled sales, that sort of thing. On the investor side, it's about sourcing genuine off-market opportunities with real value-added potential, and being upfront and flexible about how a deal gets funded.
Whichever side of the fence you're on, the approach is the same: a direct conversation with me, not a call centre or a queue of forms.
